Refxhei Tola is an attorney with a strong background in criminal law, regulatory justice, and human rights advocacy. She holds a Master of Science degree in Criminal Law and Criminology and has built her professional experience across public institutions, law enforcement bodies, and the private sector.
She has over three years of professional experience with the Ministry of Justice, where she worked within the General Directorate of Regulatory Justice Affairs, contributing to legal analysis, regulatory processes, and institutional coordination. Her background also includes hands-on exposure to criminal investigations through professional practice at the Narcotics Investigation Section of the Tirana Local Police Directorate.
Beyond institutional roles, Refxhei Tola brings a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by years of leadership in civil society organizations, entrepreneurship, and project management. Her work has consistently focused on accountability, protection of fundamental rights, and practical problem-solving in complex legal and social contexts.
She is a court-authorized English translator, fluent in English (C2), with working knowledge of Greek and Italian, allowing her to assist both local and international clients with clarity and precision.
